I know I need to check in future, but why do they make them anyway?
I'm specifically talking about the large California Rolls you get at a Japanese restaurant or Sushi place. They're too big to be a comfortable mouth full, you're stuffing a little bit too much in, but if you try and just take a bite out of it the rest of the bloody thing just falls apart, then you're left trying to pick up the scattered pieces and bits of rice with chop sticks.
You can also get the nice little California Rolls, chopped up into slices, they're a great little size just to pop a piece in your mouth. Are these the ones called Maki? I'll do some checking online to see if I can work it out, but it really shouldn't be necessary, the big ones are not needed, they shit me!
