Daylight Savings In WA, Don’t Shit Me!

They’re having another referendum today in Western Australia to see if the people want Daylight Savings to be introduced. This whole debate shits me to tears, of course Daylight Saving should be introduced. Why does the government even ask the people. And who are these people, everyone in WA is from the UK aren’t they, so why do we have to even consider what their opinion is?

I heard one idiot on the radio, a politician over there I think, saying that the Eastern states should be moving to WA time so that we can all trade better with Asia. Dick.

Back when the Commonwealth Games were on in Melbourne they extended Daylight Savings for a month monger, and may have even started it earlier. They didn’t ask us, but we were all happy, even the farmers. It worked really well, no curtains faded due to the extra hour of sunlight! The farmers didn’t mind getting up when the cows were ready to be milked. There is no down side.

Oh wait, apparently there is, some bloke who wrote books on dogs in America did a report saying there were more road accidents on the first day of Daylight Savings. Bullshit I say, but even if it’s true and applies in Australia, assuming the WA dwellers are as stupid as the Americans, then lets change the time early on the Saturday morning instead of the Sunday morning and give the idiots two days to get used to it.

I don’t think you ‘No’ voters in the west deserve to live in Australia.
