Stepping Out!

Pause, Look Right, Look Left, Then Proceed.

It shits me when people just walk out of a shop onto the pavement without even glancing in either direction to see if they’re about to be run into or covered with burningly hot black coffee that I couldn’t help but to spill all over them because they’re inconsiderate pricks.

It’s mostly women that do it, so maybe inconsiderate cows would be better.

It’s not too much to ask that people pause briefly at the doorway to see if someone is walking by and allow them to pass before stepping out, is it? Is it too much to ask that people show some consideration towards the other people down the street, someone who might be carrying several parcels that they’d really prefer not to have crashing down onto the footpath when they trip over some dickhead who’s just barreled out of a store?

Keep an eye out next time you’re down the street for these people, they’re all over the place, then arm yourself with a nice hot cup of black coffee and make sure the next idiot that does this to you wears the whole thing. You want to be ready to apologise, especially if it’s a big bloke, but make sure you add in “if only you had not just stepped out in front of me without looking”.

I see it a lot where I live, lots of toffee nosed women who think they own the street, mincing around with their over sized sunglasses and stupid little yapping dogs. Get ready for the coffee, it stains cute little white fluffy dogs too you know!
